Here is my interpretation of Melissa's sketch. I used DRS Design stamps to create this card.
A Cuttlebug folder was used to emboss an image on each side of the verse and then dye ink was sponge onto the raised surfaces. The large daisies were colored with Copic markers and fancy cut to fit the corners of the card. Rhinestones were added to the daisy centers for a touch of bling.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, and so perfect for fall!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card with lovely colors! Those flowers are so pretty! Take care!!:-))
ReplyDeleteLove love this. How did you get the flowers embossed on there without the edge of the folder leaving a line. I have that folder....long skinny one with only one set of those flowers? When I do it if I have any extra paper on it there is a crease where the edge of the folder is. I hope this makes sense but somehow you didn't get the edge and I would love to know how. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteWow...I love the coloring you did on the embossing. Great technique.
