This week the Virginia's View Challenge is to create something with stitching. When you have some clothing that needs to be stitched it is hard to justify stitching on paper when there are clothes to sew. But....sewing on paper is definitely more creative. lol
Real and faux stitching were used on this card. Wish I could 'faux' stitch the clothes that are in need of repair! lol
Back to creating cards in my Butterfly Garden.
CUTE card Marie, love the measuring tape and button embellie! Too bad we're not Jeannie or Samantha...it would all be mended in the bob of a head or twitch of a nose!!
ReplyDeleteI always have time to sew on a card - clothes mending? Nope, sorry, too busy ;) I love the thread wound on the bobbins, and the fun button & bow cinching the tape measure twill!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous stitching and design. Marie!! And oh...I am SEW with you on stitching on clothing and paper.I much am rather working on stitching on cards. Way to use that fabric tape, too! Your comment on faux stitching on clothes cracked me up! SEW glad that you join the fun over Virginia's View Challenge!
