Last weeks "Lilac Festival" was rained out except for 3 days. What a bummer : ( Fortunately the color challenge for this week is a celebration of what should have been. The colors are plum, lt. plum and kraft. What a great way to have an online "Lilac Festival"!
The dies are Nestabilities, the embossing folders are Cuttlebug and the Butterfly punch is from Martha Stewart. Marvy markers were colored directly on the Hero Arts stamp which was lightly sprayed with a fine mist of water, then stamped onto the cardstock. The pearls in the flower centers were colored with a Copic marker. Fresh Snow Ink (PaperTrey Ink) was applied with cut 'n dry on the edges of the embossed Kraft cardstock.
Here is the color challenge for anyone who want to play along.
