This card was made using "A Guiding Light' stamp set which can be seen HERE. To create the background behind the ship, I placed a previously made mask on the stamped ship image, then applied dye inks with a piece of Cut 'n Dry. Copic markers were used to add some color to the ship and the 'message in a bottle'.
Glossy Accents was applied to the bottle to give it a glass-like effect.
Back to creating cards in my Butterfly Garden.

Saving masks is SUCH a time-saver! I can't tell from the pic - is that an actual knot, or paper? So much dimension! Love the little bottle, and the twine, and the texture of the mat, and the background you made :) Awesome guy card!

LOVE the pretty sky you've created behind your ship Marie! The map panel with the twine is a perfect base for it and your little message in a bottle...too cute. Message in a Bottle...GOOD movie!!
Beautiful images and colouring, Marie. I have no stamps suitable for men's cards whatsoever. All mine tend to be feminine. So I'm a bit at a loss when it comes to making guy cards. Your card is fabulous!! x
